Aris Project room login

Hello,

I'm using th 30 day trial version in cloud, the expiration day is th 25 june, and I'm planning to buy the licence next week.

But now I'm not able to open the project room.

Can you solve the problem? I'm selling internally Aris,... this is not helping.

Hi Eva, I'm not getting any error message, the page is just looping in the entry page where I can choose the project room

Please try to logout from mc.ariscloud.com, clear your browser cache and login again on mc.ariscloud.com. Another option would be to try another browser, if possible.

I hope that will help you and solve the problem.

Hi Eva, with edge is working, but this is strange as we used chrome for at least 15 days without issues...
