Process Live can be used stand alone i.e. withou ARIS 9? Also, what is the fee structure for importing process content heavier than 10 MB?

yes it can be used standalone. To import process content heavier than 10 MB you have to send an email to inbox@processlive.com. As soon as they know the size of your database they will decide if they can do it for free or if you have to pay for it.
