Does anyone knows if it is possible in Cloud Advance to make a backup of Configuration Data (filters, methods...) via Server Administration or command line (backupsystemdb)?

BTW: all project rooms are backed up on daily base. Retention period: 30 days

How to access ARIS cloud controller and ARIS server administration when we use ARIS cloud ? Do we need to install ARIS agent etc for server instance connectivity and then access ACC ?

ARIS Cloud Controller in ARIS Cloud is only available for Software AG.ARIS Server Administrator canbe started for ARIS Cloud Enterprise via 'server <server name> <tenant name> <user> <password>
