I run a number of licenses for my students. Last week I gave access to my project room and most of students managed to set password and log in to ARIS cloud. I have 4 students that after registering, when trying to log in are getting message: check details - incorrect credentials. They tried to reset password and every time they try to log in it just doesnt recognise their login/password inputs.
Could you advise how to approach/fix this problem?

I would suggest that you try deleting these users from your project room and inviting them in again and see if your problem is resolved. Otherwise, you can ask these students to contact us directly (UniversityTech@softwareag.com) so we can assist them better.

What I sometimes observe is that people invite via email in the format <name@domain> instead of name@domain which then results in user accounts including the < > characters.
