How can I pass User variables from the Dashboard to a DataFeed in the new Dashboard editor?

In the old editor, I do it using the widget filter. If I open an old dashboard with the new editor, I get a warning saying that these dependencies could not be set.

Hi Miriam,

first of all you have to define your user variables in the feed.

User input

This user input can later be used as filter for another widget.

I hope that helps you :).

Hi Eva.

Thanks for your reply but I'm afraid I didn't explain well what I want to do.

What I need is to pass fields from the dashboard to a Datafeed, asociated to other widget, that have user variables as input.

I attach a document with more details.

Thanks

Miriam

Hi Miriam,

unfortunately, I can not reproduce your issue. If you create the user input as I described above, you should be able to use it as before.
