I am an employee at Hochschule Konstanz (HTWG Konstanz) in the Faculty of Health Informatics. In our BPMN course, we use ARIS, for which an ARIS server has been set up. On client computers, the software ARIS Architect & Design is installed.
Today, on February 13th, our current license expires. As a new employee, I have been assigned the task of renewing the license. I have registered with ARIS AG for this purpose. However, I have not yet received confirmation of my registration.
As far as I understand, this confirmation is necessary to apply for a new license.
What can I do to receive the confirmation faster or apply for the license renewal in another way?
