As my end-users are looking at processes in ARIS Business Publisher, they are asking "How do I know if a process has changed?" Any thoughts on how this can be supported? I know we have the version and model compare in Business Designer, but what can be done in Business Publisher?

Here are several thoughts on how you might do this:
There is a "Last Updated" date attribute maintained for all models in ARIS. This information can be included in a model header to quickly indicate the last time a model was updated. You can also search for models using this attribute to find all models updated since a particular date. Many companies run a report to find all models updated since the last publisher update and post it on the news page or you could include this as a report in Publisher that is available for users to run.
