Does anybody have a solution for the the following ARIS report errors in Excel? See attachment!

I've had the same errors, with a response from IDS (below). I'm not sure I believe the answer though, the reports are not what I would call 'really big' they are only around 1000 rows.
We get the same errors occasionally with our own custom reports, but the work sometimes and not others.
I think it has something to do with the use of formatting (e.g. cell colour or widths) and the way the ARIS report engine puts together to produce an excel file.

Hello, thanks for your message. This is a known effect. The cause is that the Excel-file is really big (all formats are lost).
The only workaround is to start the report of a part of your DB.
Or you could create more different small excel files. With ARIS 7.1 SR 2010_08 we use POI 3.6 thats needs a littel less memory; this could improve that behavior. Kind regards Stefan Global Support ARIS | IDS Scheer AG
