Hi,

 

I have an issue with a particular connection (API name: CT_IS_TECH_RESP_3).

I am using ARIS 9.6 and when I right click the connection and go-to Properties the Format option is missing.

Is there a way to enable this or configure this option? I can't seem to locate it in Administration.
