I apologize for taking your time. My name is As’ad Rosyadi, a lecturer in the Smart City Information Systems Study Program, Faculty of Applied Sciences, Telkom University, Indonesia.

Currently, I am conducting research and teaching activities related to Business Process Management (BPM), which are planned to be implemented in both teaching and research using the ARIS Download for Faculties – Multi-User, Private Cloud application.

However, I am currently experiencing difficulties when trying to download the application through the following link:
