A Brand New Home Screen
Upon entering the new interface, you'll be greeted with a fresh home screen featuring quick links for creating a project or starting with CSV data for snapshot analysis. You can also dive directly into our ariscommunity to leverage insights from other users or access the gallery to jumpstart your processes with demo data.
2. Quick Access Links for your existing projects
For easy accessibility to your existing projects, we have implemented quick-access links for your convenience:
- Recently Opened: Quickly return to your projects and analyses without navigating through menus.
- Bookmarks: Access your bookmarked projects, including those shared with or by you.
- Search Functionality: Easily find what you need as your list of projects grows.
3. Streamlined Navigation
Our main goal with this redesign was to focus on user navigation and efficiency, ultimately making it easier and more efficient for our users to analyze and manage their business processes. One of the key updates we have implemented is repositioning the navigation bar to the left-hand side of the interface. This move provides direct and convenient access to essential functions, streamlining the process for users to access the tools they need quickly and effortlessly.
From any screen, you can access:
- Bookmarks: Create, favorite, and share bookmarks easily.
- Gallery: Access demo data and accelerators.
- Administration: Manage your settings and configurations.
Creating a New Project
Creating a new project is now more intuitive. You can add detailed descriptions and assign an owner to each project. Once created, you’ll enter a new screen where you can assign datasets and configure project settings.
Enhancing the Analysis Experience
After assigning a dataset, you’ll have quick links to reference processes, analysis models, KPI creation, and event logs. You can easily add new analyses, manage access, and create variables at the analysis level. The familiar experience of adding apps and managing your workflow remains, now with a cleaner, more organized interface.
