Could anyone help me with an issue synchronizing LDAPS (secure) users on ARIS ARCM 3.1 ?
I made the synchronizaton with LDAPS and all seems to work well, but I've found that after the import of LDAPS users to ARCM , when changes are made to LDAPS (ie. , delete users) and after synchronizing both systems, I have to remove manually all ARCM users deleted from LDAPS.
It seems something is not working or maybe I miss one step/parameter on the configuration process.

to be clear what exactly happens, it's important to keep in mind that users can't be completely deleted in ARCM. They may be de-activated, but you won't get rid of them. As a consequence, synchronization of users which have been deleted in LDAP won't completely delete them in ARCM, they only will de-activated.
So, if your issue is that these users are not de-activated in ARCM, please open a call to Global Support ARIS. That's the best way to get qualified support since a remote diagnosis might be difficult here.
