We are new to ARIS and need to begin developing a strategy for how our company will use the tool. Does anyone have and strategy plans, presentations, etc. we can review?

Hi Michelle. Have you started any of your strategy work? I'm not sure exactly what to share because each company's needs are different as to why they want to start a BPM initiative. Why did you purchase ARIS to begin with? Was it for an SAP implementation, process improvement initiative, etc? Have you done any assessment of where you company is today regarding process, culture, standardization, etc? Maybe once I know a little more, than I can find something to help you.
