Hello, we have changed email addresses and I need to change the Project Room Owner from my old address to my new address. I can only add myself as a new user, but cannot transfer project room ownership to my new user ID. The (old) project room owner also has a Designer licence which I need to free up, but cannot (presumably because of its project room ownership privileges). I also cannot delete the project room owner.
We are using ARIS Advanced.
Is there a way round this? Thanks
