Please help us to get utilize ARIS in our organization, Due to the loss of the admin ID and Password we cannot able to utilize the ARIS Application.

We can try to restore the database password (probability 50%), but Business Publisher... SAG does not support it for many years, ilasaf

Yes, the current release SR22 is the first one, that does not support Publisher any more.
