I was create the user through system user in my database as system user then when I want to login by this username & password.
I facing this message incorrect user name or password, please reenter both.
I was trying many time & I face this problem.
any one can support me what's the issue to solve it.

Check if your database is connected to a LDAP Server like Active Directory. In this case it is not possible to log in with users created in the user administration. Only imported (LDAP) users can login AND the system also.
Log in as 'system'. Go to 'Administration module'. Open the properties of the ARIS database. Navigate to 'LDAP' and then connection. Check if a adress to a server is maintained....

I used local server in my machine not on server

What could be the case is that a connection was lost to the database. When I have this issue I restart the aris service. and login in is than posible again.
This is only the case when you have login problems for all users
