I am using ARIS Business Archt. 7.2 and I face two issues in reporting :
- When I run the standard report named "Create Process Manual" the show me a good result but the issue is the function information row in the table output display not logical as modeling is display in table sorted alphabetical.
- When I want to run the same report above on Arabic language model the result show in word file perfect but the alignment of table & columns (process details) & rows (overview) shows as English output.
Can anyone support me to solve this issues, it’s too much urgent.

I do not know the details of what exactly you are doing .
@1: If you use standard reports, these do not necessarily have all the features you need OOTB. In other words, you have to cusomize the corresponding report template to satisfy your needs, e.g. regarding sorting. How to do this in detail, please check ARIS Help
@2: Word is always tricky because what you see not only depends on the .doc(x) file you open, but also on the .dot(x) template assigned and such. As I usually do not have to deal with the cultural settings, I can only point you to where I would look at / what I would try:
Do you get the same results if you generate an arabic pdf file (instead of word)?
Under Word options, you can select the template of the document. Depending on your MS Office installation, this is a .dot file (Pre- 2007 Office) or .dotx file (Office 2007 & 2010). Check and play with this setting.
