I would like to know if there is any method to solve below situation in simulation.
In an EPC, where I am modeling simulation ,a resource A is used to perform certain function steps in the process. If this resource busy on attending other transaction/Step, I want to simulation to use a resource B ,who can do the same job.
Can somebody help how do I setup such condition in simulation.
This is a generic scenario in work place where one activity is done by another person as a stop gap or to take up peak load at certain instances.
