I want to install ARIS GRC, I want to find out if it is possible to install it on a laptop running Windows? What are the hardware specifications for installing GRC? When I do an integration between ARIS connect, Mash zone and GRC do I need to install all the applications on one machine?

Good day Rune
Do I have to install all the products(ARIS Connect,Mashzone and Risk and compliance) in one machine or is it possible to integrate both sitting in different machines?
Is it advisable to use separate laptops or do we need one server to install everything?
We need to install ARIS Risk and Compliance for demo purpose and already we have installed ARIS Connect on one of our laptop and we are not sure how the integration will be done if we were to install both in different laptops?
For demonstration purposes and by accepting a significant loss of performance, you could install all 3 products on one machine. However, the setups of ARIS Connect Server and ARIS Risk and Compliance Manager are blocking each other, since a combined scenario isn't officially supported.
So you only install setup Connect by setup and then provision/configure ARCM on top via ARIS Cloud Controller. An update by a setup is then, however, blocked, too.
MashZone can be installed on the same machine where ARIS/ARCM runs since it doesn't have overlaps in ports, services or folders. Just the overall performance will suffer. And a total of 16 GB RAM installed in your laptop is required for all.
We are preparing own laptops the same way, because doing presales work with several laptops is hard to accomplish.

Dear Joy,
ARIS GRC is the platform we are marketing. ARIS Risk and Compliance Manager is the product.
Yes, ARCM runs on Windows.
However, have you read chapter 3 Important information for system installation in ARIS Risk & Compliance Manager - Installation Guide.pdf (to be found in ARCM DVD folder \Documents\en)?
Excerpt:
If you want to install the system technically and/or functionally without service support from Software AG, you need extensive knowledge about the systems to be installed, the target subject matter, as well as the target systems and their interdependencies.
So, ARCM is not meant to get implemented without a consulting project which determines a use case to customize the product. The technical installation, however, and the integration with ARIS Connect or MashZone is rather simple.
Cheers
