I am supporting a very large organization that uses many modeling tools (ARIS, Sparx EA, Cameo EA, ERwin, et al). Each of these tools has a collaboration environment that allows presentation and navigation across models. For example ARIS has the ARIS Connect portal and ARIS Publisher. The organization that I am supporting has thousands of users that need to access various models toward the advancement of Enterprise Architecture throughout the organization.
Q. Has anyone found a way to export the models into HTML/ASPX format that retains the underlying objects and their associated properties as well as associations (i.e., links) between models? We are trying to avoid creating multiple "web portals" for each modeling tool and create a central "EA Artifact Library".
Very few of the modeling tools make this process easy since the vendors seem to what users to use their products.

You can embed the ARIS portal in iFrames or MS Teams. As for navigation across environments you can set external links in object properties and also show those links in the models if you like. So if you have an object representing an entity type you might set a link on it to a respective view in ERwin, if that has got a web portal allowing deep links. Likewise ARIS allows stable deep links to its resources for the entire lifecycle of each resource, that could be used in any tool wishing to link to them.
In combination with SSO technologies in these tools, navigation may be seamless. ARIS is used in scenarios with a 6-digit number of users. So making the content available to a large quantity of users is feasible. The advantages of not fiddling with HTML exports of models are:
Please note that ARIS Publisher has been sunset.
