problem with publish EPC (row display) as an html export

I tried to publish EPC (row display) models as an html export. The export was OK, however, most of the content are not shown properly, the Assignment link to other model cannot be clicked. I have tried with other EPC models and they are fine. I am using Oracle BPA 11gR1 version of the ARIS. Is this a feature or a bug? Please help.
