Hi Ignacio,
the ARIS Connectivity for SAP HR that you refer to no longer exists. It has been stopped since version 7.0 when it was an add-on for ARIS Toolset.
However, you can import this data as a one off if you ask your SAP HR-OM expert to run a report for you with Excel output format and then import it via the import template available in ARIS Business Architect. There is an article here in the community how to fill this.
If you want a more permanent interface you will have to have someone develop it for you.
However, one of the issues you will come accross is that SAP HR-OM where the organisational chart is maintained will have many positions with the same name (if you work in a larger organisation) as they are used for payroll and history keeping. The simple reason for this is that each employee has a different skill set, different tax situation and differen income structure. To be able to manage these, an individual role needs to be created. You have a 1:1 relation between a position and a person in SAP HR-OM.
In ARIS this means that you will end up with a number of redundant objects for positions. You will need to consolidate them if you want to use positions in your process description.
If you are planning to set up a permanent interface to SAP HR-OM you could assign roles in the org. chart and link them to the redundant positions and then use the roles for modelling in your process models.
Hope this is helpful for you.
Best regards,
Carmen

Hi Arturo,
there is a report script called "create template for data import".
The easiest way is to create a very simple version of an org chart that you want to import using the right symbols and relationships in ARIS, save it and then run this report above to get the information output.
You will find in the ARIS help information to the report here:
Evaluate > Introduction to evaluation > Run reports > ARIS reports > Standard > Report - Create template for data import
Hope that helps.
Cheers,
Carmen
