We are testing with Aris Cloud, to decide what tool to use for processmodeling. So far so good. But we can't seem to figure out how to connect documents and video's to our processes.
Can anyone help us?
For your information: we read the question about linking documents and placing the "Link 1" attribute, but we don't have that attribute. Not in our process-model, not in our applications-model and not in our organisation-model.
Thank you for your reply. That was the "problem". I've now created an Expert database and all the questions I had about tables and documents are answered. We're going to do some further testing!
I have the same question for ARIS Cloud Advanced. I used to add hyperlinks to my function objects when using ARIS V7.1. Now I can't seem to connect the Link and Title attributes to functions in Cloud Advanced. I have opened a ticket with Empower but am adding this question here in case it can be of help to others. Please advise how to add the Link attribute to a function object. Thank you.

The link and title attributes are available in ARIS Cloud either. You need database type 'intermediate' or 'expert'.

Could you please check which kind of database you are using? In ARIS we have more than 100 model types and thousands of attributes. To handle that we have implemented some filtering. In ARIS Cloud Basic this filter is connected to the database type.
It might be that you are using database type "Beginner". Please create a new one of type "Expert" (or "Advanced"). Than it should be available.
