Hi Team,
We are not able to login Publisher getting this error “An error occurred. Please contact your administrator.” So, when we check Publisher system.out log find the below error, please help us to resolve.

Is this something to do with the filegroup?

We would like to inform you that Publisher server is already end of maintenance (EOM) for quite some time ago and doesn't not include in the offers of University Relations'.
We strongly recommend you to install ARIS with the hassle-free internal PostGreSQL database system.
Please refer to the product documentation on the ARIS DVD in folder ARIS_DVD-(...\Documents\English\5 Installation) for more information.
