I am currently working on mapping a process using BPMN 2.0. However, I've encountered an issue with some disabled icons on the Start tab located on the left-hand side of the page. Specifically, I am unable to change the color of any object since it is grayed out. Additionally, other icons such as Appearance, Line Weight, Line Arrows, and Line Style are also disabled.
Do you have any insights on how to resolve this issue?

Hi,
First, you need to check the filter options. This means that maybe you used the filter with a limited number of objects, and if someone created the object using the full filter (Entire), then you can see those effects.
The second thing is the access to those 'ghost' objects. This means that some object definitions could be located in the folder you don't have access to. So yeah, these objects can be used on the model, and you can access the model, but if the definition is in the closed folder, you can also observe the same effect.
