Hi

Is there any way of representing the eTOM Framework in Aris?

Can I use th eTOM functionality in Aris? Are there any sample reference models for us?

Hello Nelson,

at the moment we are working on a new product, that contains an ARIS based telecom specific reference model. eTOM will be part of it, but also other methodical approaches from this branch will be included. The character of the product will be similar to the already existing ITIL reference model. We expect the release beginning of next year, so please keep an eye out for the official announcment.
