Title: Operations Process & Innovation Performance Consultant
Employer: A large, leading global consulting firm
Description: This consultant will develop BPML strategies and frameworks, develop high-performance business process repositories to support business transformation, ERP and SOA efforts, and establish BPML governance frameworks and organizations.
Location: Various (U.S. based)
Basic Qualifications:
• 1+ years of ARIS software solutions work experience
• 2+ years of recent management consulting/project experience, in areas such as: Business Process Management capability and process strategy, business process analysis, business process design and modeling, business process improvement, BPM tool deployment, etc.
• 2 + years working with business process management tools such as (Visio, Popkin, iGrafx, Mega and ARIS)
• Ability to meet travel requirements, up to 100%
• Consultant must have citizenship status that does not require sponsorship
• 2 + years in a management consulting role at a consulting firm
• Background in business process and ERP implementations (SAP, Oracle) with expertise in using ARIS with SAP NetWeaver or Oracle Fusion
