Dear ARIS Community members,
today we are proud to present brand-new improved user profiles on the ARIS Community.
We have not only modernized our design, but we have also added new interesting sections. In the course of this redesign, we have also increased the maximum size of the profile picture - so use this possibility to upload a recent profile picture.
At the top of the profile page, you can now find a summary of the most important information about the user, including links to social media pages and some interesting KPIs.
In the next section, you can see in which topics and tags the user is interested in. In your own profile, you can also edit your favorite topics and tags directly in this section.
The third section contains our major new feature: Achievements. You can now unlock exciting achievements by interacting with the community. Start collecting achievements now by having a look at all available achievements.
When you unlock a new achievement, you will receive a notification on the lower right corner of the page.
You can also mark an achievement that you have unlocked as your favorite achievement by clicking on the heart icon on the right side of the achievement in your user profile. This achievement will then be displayed next to your name in your comments and posts and it will be highlighted in the achievements overview at the top of your profile page.
So, what are you waiting for? Engage now and show everyone that you're an expert!
In case you have some feedback, questions or new ideas, do not hesitate to get in touch with us - we are always eager to hear your opinion! You can contact us by sending an email to feedback@ariscommunity.com or by simply dropping a comment below this post.
Also, stay tuned for more since there's a lot to come in the future!
Your ARIS Community team
Great new feature! Thanks!
Took me only a minute to achieve Rookie status just by completing my user profile with an updated bio and added interests.
@Rune: Wow, impressive! Member since 2009, owner of an Aris 1.0 screenshot and awarded rookie status already.
@Nico: 4 posts since 2019 got you blogger status?!?
Tell me more about useful KPIs.
Hi Martin,
we released the first gamification version yesterday and decided that we started completely with zero so that everyone starts on the same level. Therefore also pioneers like Rune starts without bagdes but I'm sure that will change fast :).
Nico received the blogger badge because he published an article after the release.
Kind regards,
Eva
I think it's fair for ALL of us to start gamification here on the same page, no matter what we have achieved in the past.
So, Martin, please go ahead and post some articles you'd like to share with the ARIS Community.
Cheers
Rune
