Therefore we are looking for an equally ambitious person willing to play a major role in unlocking the great potential of our Sales and Presales teams worldwide to drive effectiveness and efficiency, and accelerating revenue growth.

As the Sr. Manager Global Field Enablement you are part of a growing Enablement within the COO area, reporting into the Dir. Global Sales Enablement.

In your new role, you will have the chance to independently design, develop and execute tailored sales enablement courses and programs such as new hire workshops, global Sales Kick Off for approximately 1,000 people, and Account Planning workshops amongst others. You will also be responsible for driving sales standards across all regions.



  • Directly interact with our sales management, marketing, and product business units to develop and drive adoption of enablement programs
  • Manage event/workshop logistics, delivery approaches, trainers and budgets
  • Support Sales management trainings and run Account Planning workshops
  • Build learning materials, guidelines and best practices for key programs in cooperation with product business units, as well as industry and technical experts
  • Create content for our video content sharing and coaching platform
  • Write newsletters and  host regular webinars to foster continuous communication to the field
  • Continuous training on (new) sales tools usage

  • 5+ years in Sales Enablement Program Management and training delivery, plus experience in Sales at a software vendor
  • Proven track record in accelerating the value of sales processes and methodologies
  • Experience in facilitating and delivering trainings and coaching
  • Experienced at establishing priorities and meeting swift deadlines in a fast pace, rapidly changing environment
  • Ability to travel globally (~25% Travel)
  • Fluency in English (written and verbally)
