I was testing some issue in ARIS connect and i have removed my user management functional privileges and I am only admin for our test environment.
How can i login with system user and password in ARIS connect to assign back my privileges.
we are using SAML configuaration and url redirects to which ask for email address and password, form system user there is not email address present.
You can Skip SSO by using a URL connect string with "/?skipsso=true" on the end as below.
https://name.ariscloud.com/?skipsso=true
This will provide you with the Logon Screen where you can actually type in a User ID and Password. Then you can use arisservice, system or superuser ID's, but of course you need to know the Password.

I would use the service user "arisservice" for that. That user is equipped with UMC rights.
It is a standard user that you cannot delete.

Veronika, if arisservice user, or system, or superuser are not in the identity provider (and they are not by default), when you switch on SSO and you do not have a user with admin rights, you cannot connect to UMC.
Before making these configuration changes, it's a good idea to create a Windows snapshot, specifically for this case. Also, IMO, if it is a test environment (without data), it is quicker to reinstall the server than wait for the Empower answer.

I guess another option would the the incognito mode of a browser :)
No, incognito mode gives nothing; it redirects you to the same SSO login.

It is not great advice, but this is the case when you need to ask the guys from Empower Service. Every setup is a little bit different, but the main idea is that they will tell you the exact configuration file, where you need to switch off authentication, and after rebooting, you can log in with your previous credentials.
This is a common issue when configuring SSO in ARIS. As a best practice, it's recommended to assign administrative privileges (which do not consume licenses) to a few technical users from your identity provider — such as Azure AD — to ensure you have a fallback access path to the system.
