Hi Team,
My client needs old copy of database in our test environment which i have accidently deleted, is there any way to restore it.
we are using Enterprise version of ARIS so i guess software AG can't help in restore the database file.

If you have a backup (.adb), then yes. The quickest way is to use ARIS Architect:

You can retrieve old databases from the tenant backup. If there is no tenant backup, there is no possibility to do a retrieve the old database. The screenshot Alexander showed, only shows how to do the actual restore when you have the backup of the database.
