i am installing ARIS Client, but after installation when i try to start ARIS Architect & Designer 9.8 from start menu, it try to start the Local server,

and give error msg"Unable to access ARIS SERVER", refer below screen shot   

i have uploaded licenses already, please suggest the solution.
