ARIS 9.6 Business Publisher

Hello Nisha,

I am in the same situation you were in a few months back. Will you be able to install business publisher 9.6 successfully. Please guide me if you have the steps with you.

Yes, I have installed the Business publisher 9.6 Successfully.

I have installed both ARIS Design server and BP server in Different Machine. After install the BP server, please follow the below steps to connect the Design and BP server.

Steps:

1.In Design Server Click ARIS > Administration.
2.Click Navigation in the bar panel if the Navigation bar is not activated yet.
3.In the explorer tree, click the folder Publish > Publisher Server and establish a connection to the ARIS Publisher Server.
Right Click the Publisher server and click Add server. The Wizard opens. Specify the server name or IP address where you have installed the BP server and check the Test connection.
4.Click the database.
5.Click Publish > Publisher export in the Start tab bar. The wizard opens.
6.Specify the relevant settings and click Finish.
7.After the procedure has terminated, change the status from locked to activated.
Only then the export available to users in the browser.

8.Enter the URL for ARIS Publisher Server in the address field of your browser, e.g., http://localhost:19990/businesspublisher, and log in again with your user name and password to check the export content.
