There is something wrong when we want to use Full screen. It takes for a while but never opens and if you try to shut the window down, all windows connected to that layout shuts down. The below is the error which I got when clicking on the "FullScreen" button:
Please help me If anyone have similar issue faced before. Many thanks in advance.

Hi Eva,
We have customized the default layout for business publisher where we are using an image for full screen. If we click on that image we will get the model diagram in full screen mode. Please see the below screenshot:
I think this is something related to javascript error. I am unable to find where it is exactly creating the problem. Thanks

I'm not sure what you want to know. Can you please explain what you exactly mean (e.g. what do you want to use full screen)?
