I just would like to know if there is a possibility to deploy the ARIS applications into the websphere application server? Can anyone provide me with some details if it is possible. Thanks in advance.

what do you mean by ARIS applications? ARIS is not a development environment for applications. And the server product itself runs standalone without an application server.

On the community homepage there is an option to register your "ARIS Mobile/API Access" application. Apparently there is some kind of "solution" that one can develop using ARIS in some way.

That's a RESTful API to ARIS content (repository, documents, users). Read a detailed article here: http://techcommunity.softwareag.com/web/guest/techniques-blog/-/blogs/aris-mobile
If you have ARIS Connect/Design Server 9.8 SR2 (or newer) installed, you could review the ARIS API via http://localhost/apidocs
The registration form at http://ariscommunity.com/aris-access-certification-inquiry-form is meant to register a mobile app with Software AG.
