While modeling (ARIS connect) an Enterprise BPMN Process diagram, and adding system association toa task using satalite modeling feature (using the attribute section), I can use the "show in model" option (the eye ball button) to display the system symbol on the process model. This same feature is not available when using a BPMN Process diagram. Any ideas how to enable it.

"Standard" BPMN models do not contain these symbols. Adding any other symbol to these model types is not possible.
The enterprise BPMN diagrams are a superset to the standard, containing additional symbols, also allowing the display of the satellite models. So the customer could just copy/paste from BPMN to eBPMN, if that is not too cumbersome... A report or macro could help here.
Enterprise BPMN and BPMN Collaboration are two different model types. For this to work you would have to add this non-standard symbol to the method filter definition, which probably was allowed in your case for the Enterprise BPMN model type but not for the BPMN Collaboration model type.

I think that symbol is not allowed in the BPMN-Model. Can you try to do this in an enterprise BPMN model?
