Hi,
We have developed our processes using BPMN Process diagrams and BPMN Collaboration diagrams and have Business Architect license. How can we convert these diagrams to xpdl inorder to import to webmethods ?

Did you read in the ARIS help about the webMethods integration?
Starting from this help page http://localhost/help/en/handling/ba/index.htm#72103.htm you will be introduced to the complete lifecycle.
Besides ARIS Architect license (YAA) you also need the Extension Pack webMethods integration (YAAME).
