Hey ARIS Community!

We've launched a short UX survey to make ARIS better.

We know that some of you have shared UX feedback with us before — and we genuinely appreciate that. For you, some of the questions might feel familiar. Here's why: we've chosen to use the System Usability Scale, a proven industry-standard method for measuring product experience, and using it means we need to ask a standardized set of questions. So if you've given us feedback before, you may find yourself covering some of the same ground again — and we're grateful for your patience with that. The reason we think it's worth it: this approach gives us a reliable UX benchmark for ARIS that helps us understand what to prioritize, and — just as importantly — lets us measure whether the improvements we make are actually making a difference. That's how we make sure your feedback doesn't just get heard, but actually leads to real, measurable change.

Your experience matters — and so does your team's

If you're reading this, chances are you know ARIS well. Hearing about the experience of confident, experienced users and how ARIS performs for them is incredibly important to us. But we're also aware that ARIS is used by many people who may feel overwhelmed by its complexity, who haven't yet had the chance to fully explore it, or who are still finding their feet — and to be honest, connecting with those users and hearing about their experience is something we genuinely struggle with. Yet their experience, and especially the moments where ARIS feels hard or unclear, are crucial for us to build a product that supports entire organizations, not just the experienced users.

That means we'd love to hear from everyone — whether you feel confident and at home in ARIS, or whether you sometimes find using ARIS is a challenge.

We'd really appreciate your help reaching the people in your organization who use ARIS occasionally, feel less confident with it, or tend to work around it rather than in it. Please share this survey with them — their perspective is something we rarely get to hear, and it could make a real difference to how we shape ARIS going forward.
