Hi Nikolaj,

I am not from ARIS Support, but here is how your admin can do it.

Go to 9 dots top left corner > Administration

Configuration > Databases > Restore

Select file > Fill in info > Restore

The case is, we only have ARIS Cloud Basic with no option to import ARIS backup.

So, we need admin on your side to do it.
