Cannot access ARIS cloud

We are struggling to log on to Aris cloud today.

Some users are able to enter the Home portal, but once we are in, we cannot start the published content.

We have also been able to start the edit models & objects but aris throws an error saying;

The connection to ARIS Server is invalid. You must close all open models.

+ 1 the same issue (see attachment) - "Published content" is unavailable, but I could connect it through Architect (see second attachment).

What is great that it is not only our issue so maybe they'll fix it (maybe).

eService is still not working...

We have fixed an issue in this area some minutes ago. Could you please try again? It should work now.
