Hello,
unfortunately there is a problem with the missing launch button. I know that the reason for this problem is that under "my licences" it says "no privileges assigned", but I would like to know how to proceed to solve the problem. I have added a screenshot. Please note that its not about the account I used to create this post.

Hi,
you need to assign the privilege again. Got to settings, open user management, click the edit button and assign the privilege. See screenshots attached.
