I attached a process consisting mainly of subprocesses. The parent process itself does not include any changes but all subprocesses shall be included in a variant.
Question: Do I need to create a variant per subprocess separately? Is there any way to create a variant (copy with relationships) which includes the subprocesses, so I have to create variants only from one process (the parent process)?

AFAIK: You have to create variants for the sub-processes where you have modifications, separately. Creating a variant means that also definition copies of the objects are created (or you are using the so called "exclusion group" to avoid this). If the object is a sub-process a definition copy of the sub-process itself is created WITHOUT the included process, i.e. this sub-process has no assignment in the parent process. If the parent process has no modifications it is not useful to create a variant of it. What you can do to simplify work, you can use the function to create a variant of a group, assumed that the parent process and all sub-processes (with all objects) are in one group. Then you create a variant for the parent process with assignments to the variants of the sub-processes.
