It is a critical scenario if a viewer wants to access content in ARIS but is refused due the lack of licenses. This might have a demotivating effect which we want to avoid under all possible circumstances. However, reaching a peak which exceeds the total number of licenses for the viewers is essential some day in order to proof we are not too generous with the number of licenses we buy. Therefore, I would like to prepare the scenario as good as I can and inform the audience how such message from ARIS will look like so they do not get in panic and assume system is down or not properly working.
Is anyone able to
- provide a screenshot of such message ARIS will present under the assumption the XML config has never been changed?
- share own experience with that situation?

Hello Olaf,
in our experience there is only one error message "HTTP 403 Forbidden" or "Access Denied" for three cases
Unfortunately there is no link to the admin contact info or any other way out of this dead end, the user will never reach the Connect home page.
Regards, Martin
