According to our standard maintenance guidelines, end of maintenance is 3 years after availability. No further releases will be shipped for these products.
The ARIS 10 SR3 had the last update at Dec 2017 and no more improvements will be delivered for this version even if you find some bug, as my colleague said is strongly recommended to update to newest SR.
Please check the attached image, this is about 10 SR4 and the EOM (End of Maintenance ) will be 2021-04-30.
I don't have the same information from 10 SR3 but based in SR4 I would say that EOM to SR3 finished this year. (2020-04-30).
Customers running products beyond End of Maintenance (EOM) will receive Web-based and telephone assistance from Software AG Global Support, but no new fixes will be created for the software. Also the Software AG offers extra service to End of maintenance extensions, and you can contact the Software Sales Team to know about it.

The ARIS 10.0 series continues to be supported, as there is no ARIS 10.1 or other higher version, yet. 10.0.4 and higher are the support releases for 10.0.3, some of them introducing new features, some only bug fixes. The current release is 10.0.13. I would strongly recommend to upgrade, because there are significant improvements both to stability and features since 10.0.3.
