Hello ARIS Community,
I am using the Trial Version of ARIS 10.0.27 as suggested in the training video for completing the ‘ARIS Modeler Essentials’ course.While trying to publish a database via the Publish Databases option under Configuration > Publication Settings in ARIS Administration, I do not see the “Workspace” dropdown menu next to the database name to link it to a workspace, as shown in the documentation.
Here are some details about my setup:
• ARIS Version: 10.0.27 (Trial Version)
• Portal Version: 10.0.27.0.310018243
• License: Designer License
• I have Administrator access.
• The database I want to publish is visible in the list but lacks the dropdown option.
Steps I’ve already tried:
1. Checked my Administrator privileges.
2. Verified that I have a Designer License.
3. Ensured the database is available in the system and not locked.
4. Cleared browser cache and used multiple browsers.
5. Verified ARIS Connect Server is running properly.
Could this issue be related to limitations in the Trial Version, or am I missing a key configuration step? Any guidance on enabling the “Workspace” dropdown or publishing databases would be greatly appreciated.
