ARIS Flows Availability for On-Prem Customers Upgrading from SR27

Hi Team,

We are currently running ARIS 10 SR27 On-Premises and are evaluating an upgrade to SR28 or later.

We understand that ARIS Flows was introduced with SR28-April 2025 version and was initially available as a beta for selected customers.

Could you please clarify:

1. Is ARIS Flows currently generally available for On-Prem customers?
2. Is a separate license required?
3. Are there any technical prerequisites for On-Prem installations?
4. If we are not part of the original beta program, can we obtain ARIS Flows through a commercial license purchase?
