Hello,
I downloaded and installed Aris Connect(+Aware) and Aris Risk and Compliance (ARIS.10.0.9.0.1310439_DVD.zip). After i started the installation the installer did all the necessary things and resulted to a "Starting system". The thing is that it stuck in this state and did nothing (I left it over an hour).
I closed the installer and went to open the Aris Server Administrator. Here is where i get an error (No connection - attached).
Could someone help me and tell me if i did something wrong?

When you open the ARIS server administrator always will say "no connection" until you type the commands to connect to the server, for example you have to enter this command to ARIS Server Administrator:
server <servername> <tenantname> <username> <password>, eg:
"server localhost default system manager"
The most important is that all runnables keep in STARTED mode, can you provide the ARIS Cloud Controller information when you use the command "list" ??
Also did you install this using some external database as SQL or ORACLE ?..

yes I used an external database with MS SQL Server 2017 (local host) and followed the instructions that provided in the installation document (hope that didn't do anything wrong). The Acc information when running the command list is attached below.

Could be something related to external database due the ABS still starting mode... in that case use the command 'quick killall' to kill all runnables and will keep in 'stopped' mode. Also please check the "cip.log" and "internalerr.log" from ...\work_abs_X\base\webapps\abs\log\
These log files has more details about which type of error you have here...
