import Aris Express process with Aris Align

I don't understand the step 2 below :

You can save a model of the Whiteboard or ARISalign process type for a subsequent import in ARISalign.

Procedure

1. Remove the existing password protection.
2. Activate the tab for the model of the type Whiteboard or ARISalign process that you wish to save.
3. Click on File/Save.

Can someone help me ?

Hi,

this description is a bit cumbersome... let me try it:

1. You can import ARIS files models having type "Whiteboard" and "BPMN" model in ARISAlign. Just save them without password protection.

Let me clarify how model interoperability works between ARIS Express and ARISalign:

* You cannot import a process model that you created in ARIS Express; the process model must have originated in ARISalign. This means that you can export a process model from ARISalign to ARIS Express and re-import it into ARISalign, but you can not simply create a process model in ARIS Express of the type "BPMN" and export it to ARISalign.

* You cannot import a model of the type "whiteboard" into ARISalign at all. This is planned for a future version of ARISalign.

I can export a process model from ARISalign to ARIS Express but I cannot re-import it into ARISalign.

The error message below appears when I try to re-import:

Method not found: com.webmethods.caf.project_models.Project_modelsDefaultviewView@17bf173.gotoModelPortletUrl()
