After having problems with ARIS 9.0, I was advised by Support to uninstall ARIS 9.0, delete the directories and remove the Registry Entries. Then, install ARIS 9.5.

Does anyone know where the ARIS 9.0 entries are located?

Thanks, Paul

I had to do the same, I removed it using the uninstaller and then installed 9.5.

Works so far.
