Not able to connect project room

Hey Guys,

I have set up project room and I am trying to launch it. I am getting blank screen.

I dont know what is the issue. Could you please support me?

Could you please test it with another browser? What browser do you use?

If you have another one you could test if you have the same effect there?

But did you e.g enable the Enterprise mode for IE 11?

We have the following restrictions:

Connecting to ARIS Cloud Portal using IE10 + IE 11 with NON-standard Browser configuration leads to white page. Workaround: Changing the Compatibility mode or the Document mode to IE9.

Enterprise mode of Internet Explorer 11 is not supported. (due to various control incompatibilties)
